Our scarves are hand-woven on looms of Peguche and Otavalo, two important Andean cities in Ecuador, by skilled artisans in a fair system of trade. They use a blend of alpaca wool and high quality polycotton. Please be aware that some sellers on the Internet promote alpaca products similar to ours as made of 100% alpaca fiber, when in fact they are not. Our fair trade policy includes to tell our customers the true about the blend we use in our process of production. Our artisans always are creating new patterns for the striped scarves (wide and narrow stripes), and most of them are unique. We have a vast range of colors and patterns available under request, which will slightly vary from the scarves that are shown below due to that the alpaca fibres have been hand-dyed and randomly selected for the production of each scarf. We will make the best possible to offer you a similar scarf as shown in this catalogue. See below some samples of wide and narrow striped scarves.

Alpaca Shawls
Classy, light and warm alpaca shawls. Perfect for winter as well as for a windy day. Alternative uses are, as a table runner or as a cozy blanket to wrap your baby up! We can produce a variety of colors and combinations upon request. The fringes of the shawls have 5 cm length. The approximate dimensions of each shawl are (180x65)cm. As these shawls are handmade, these dimensions might vary slightly. We also have available alpaca scarves in the same colors bellow.
